SMP for Scarring
Scarring on the scalp can happen for many reasons. You may have had a trauma to the skull, surgery, or hair transplant surgery. There are two types of hair transplants you can get:
- Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) will leave a strip-like scar across or the side of your head where the donor hair has been taken from.
- Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) will leave small circular scars across your scalp where the donor hair has been extracted.

SMP for Scarring
Scalp micropigmentation (commonly referred to as SMP) will enable us to camouflage the scarring as the pigment that will be applied will blend in with the shaved look. The treatment area will extend beyond the scar by a few centimetres above and below the scarred area allowing it to blend with the hair surrounding it effectively.
